Languages
Papers can be given in French and English. If in English, speakers are asked to use French on their presentation slides and/or posters.

Submission Guidelines
This conference targets exclusively early-career researchers (PhD students and latest PhD graduates). Anonymised proposals for presentations and/or posters should be a maximum of 500 words (references not included) and must follow the style guide instructions available on the conference website: https://cedil26.sciencesconf.org/. Proposals must be submitted on the website by 17 October 2025  3 November 2025.

Presentation format

The presentation duration is 20 minutes and to be followed by 10 minutes of discussion.  Poster sessions will be held during scheduled time slots. Posters should be printed in A0 portrait format.

Publication of proceedings

Accepted papers could be published as articles in the conference proceedings (see, for example: https://hal.science/CEDIL22).
