Languages

Papers may be presented in French or English. Presentation materials must be in French, even if you present in English. 

Submission guidelines 

This conference is open exclusively to young researchers (PhD students and recent graduates). Abstracts and/or posters must be anonymous, no longer than 500 words (excluding references), and must respect the style sheet.  

Key dates

Submission deadline: 17 October 2025
Notification to authors: 2 March 2026
Thematic workshops: 24 June 2026
Conference dates: 25 and 26 June 2026

Presentation format

Presentations should last 20 minutes and will be followed by 10 minutes of discussion.
Poster sessions will take place during dedicated sessions (posters must be printed in A0 portrait format).

Publication of proceedings

Accepted papers may be published as articles in the conference proceedings (see, for example: https://hal.science/CEDIL22).
